RiverEdge Park tickets & upcoming events

Imagine catching a concert or movie under the stars at RiverEdge Park in Aurora, Illinois, it’s the kind of place that just feels like summer’s best kept secret. Since opening in 2014, this outdoor spot has become a hub for community events, especially thanks to its partnership with local schools that has brought arts programs and student performances into the spotlight. Remember the 2015 Summer Movie Series? They screened classics like Jurassic Park and The Lion King on a massive outdoor screen that made you feel like you were right there with the dinosaurs or singing along with Simba. The park’s infrastructure isn’t just pretty, it’s eco-friendly too, with renovations in 2019 that improved sustainable sanitation facilities. Getting there? Easy. If you’re driving north on Illinois Route 25, just turn east onto RiverEdge Drive, or if you’re coming from the south, head east from Prairie Avenue. And trust me, whether you’re there for a rocking concert or an outdoor flick, the vibe is always lively. The sound quality and stage setup are pretty impressive, and the interactive seating chart helps you pick the perfect spot. From front-row seats for big-name bands like Stayin’ Alive to VIP sections for Third Eye Blind, or just budget-friendly seats for the Australian Pink Floyd Show, there’s something for everyone. Honestly, it’s a great spot to kick back, have some fun, and maybe even dance a little, just don’t forget your lawn chair or blanket.
